This is great! I can't wait to read more! Sounds like the 1/4 of the city they don't ya know own/monitor and is part of another gangs, seems like it's River/Noah's, it's actually funny that all he kept saying was "katy?" Like yes dude, it is that katy, quit saying her name or you'll wear it out.

And who is this Jace character? Why is she only now scared and it's 3 years since she has been scared? Is he blackmailing her? Is he someone who has and will hurt the people in her life she cares about?"

"This story has such great potential. The plot ideas that I can see are great but aren't drawn out properly. Things are very all over the place, especially in a lot of the beginning chapters. This story could definitely be good.. but sadly I was getting confused a lot of the time and didn't know how to stay focused because things would jump around so much and way to quick. "
