A star once came into my life, a star that shines so bright. This star's name is Lily Smythe.
She gave me unconditional love, that never failed, if anything went wrong our connection always prevailed.
This star of mine has the power to turn water into wine, this star of mine keeps my soul intertwined.
This star gave me guidance, this star gave me light, feelings of emotional perfection, this star was always with me in my reflection.
She lifted my spirit, made my thoughts coherent, she gave me perfection even when I didn't deserve it.
A lover and a friend, but that has come to an end, I write this nervous script to try to make amends.
All that I'm left with are the glowing embers, memories and photographs are all I have to remember.
The skies are dark, I now miss my spark, for this star of mine forever has my heart.
