"I liked how the author showed how you never really know someone. Tyler was the perfect boy, and then started showing outbursts and aggressive behaviour. I loved how she stood up for herself and came out with it, this book shows the thoughts of how she was scared of him and how she blames herself bc that’s reality when something this scarring happens to you, but she overcame it with the help of her friends and family. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who can get triggered easily, there were a few parts that were hard to get through, but overall it’s a well written story. The author also puts trigger warnings and stresses that your mental health is more important which is 100% true. "
