"I read all three poems and loved them very much. all deal with everyday issues that young women deal with. Mainly body image (first and third poem), or just plain teen age depression (second poem). The writer has a real voice and expresses herself beautifully."
it's a great series of poem.
"it was great experience to read these poems. the first poem was about the girl who as the time passes learns about perks of the world and starts to hate her hairs. curls which her mother loved. it had many emotions in it. it was like a movie as i said in first comment. second poem was also amazing considering various struggles and the way of comfort. sometimes, this world has too much to offer and one is supposed to find their "comfort zone" so as to strive and fight with all the problems without letting them sway one away. apparently, this process has it's perks and often tiring. that's why they say "never give up", don't they? it was another amazing piece where you had shared the girl's troubles and her hesitation to let herself out of her comfort zone. third poem is reality of some people. addictions have a way of controlling some people lives. no matter how many times they told themselves that tomorrow they will give it up but finds themselves doing it again. it's like being stuck in circle. i can relate to it because once i was addicted to mobile and it took me six months or more to come back to senses! overall, amazing work of art. it takes extreme potential to write such thoughts down. i am glad you wrote them and shared. i could even relate to one. so, i am looking forward to see more of such work from you. keep writing!
