Volume 1 Prologue
On the 21st Day of the 5th month of the 3993rd year on the Holy Calender, I, Augustus Von Akatsuki, was born as the first Prince of The Akatsuki Kingdom. From the start, I was nothing but a typical child, however, on my seventh birthday, I gained memories, of me being raised in a country called "Japan", on a planet called "Earth", but I didn't remember how or when I died.
At this point of time, a war was breaking out, and I had 3 siblings: my twin sister born 6 hours after me, a brother a year younger than me, and a sister 2 years younger.
Even before gaining these memories, I was thinking of participating in the war, however, now I think I have another way - Magic.
Now, Let me explain - Magic in this world is a legend. There are only a few who can use Magic. In this world, Magic works by using set chants, which are kept in relative secrecy. However, when I was trying to use Magic 3 days after my 7th birthday, and I started chanting some water Magic. I was using water Magic because most others would be dangerous, and I wasn't expecting success at all.
"Oh Great Water God, Heed My Request, And Summon A Ball Of Water in front of my palm."
When I completed my Chant, the whole field that I had been walking around in was drenched with water. Now, This was the first time I used Magic, and there wasn't even a little mental exhaustion that should normally be there, and, there was too much output.
"Why...?" I absentmindedly spoke my thoughts out aloud, and then it happened.
A feminine voice rebounded in my head
"It is because Master's Magic Output and Magic Energy reserves are too high above the norm."
I shouted out "I don't think that will drench a field equal in area to the whole city of Osaka! Wait... Whose voice is this?"
"I am a Nanomachine; A being who helps humans to activate Magic."
"Umm... I don't think anyone else is able to talk to you, so why am I...?" I said.
"That is because your Athourity Level is 100. Anyone with an Athourity Level 3 or more can talk to us. For reference, the strongest humans reach level 3 only in their dying days. The strongest in the world probably has only level 3 or 4. While you have Level 100. For further reference, the strongest being other than you, God, has an Athourity Level of 10." She said.
"Okay then... Wait, my Athourity level is 10 times that of God!?" I said loudly before sighing and continuing "Okay... What about my Total Magic power and Magic Output?" I asked her.
"Your Total Magic Power is approximately 3.73e8784x that of God, and the power of God is around 1e78x that of a human. About your Magic Output, it's approximately 7.89e3462x that of God, whose output is around 3e37x that of a human." She said.
"Am I human?" I asked, dumbfounded.
"Yes, your race is 'Transcendental Human' exactly, but still human." She sand, as nonchalant as ever.
"Well... It probably won't have side-effects." I looked around me "Can others hear you?"
"No. However, I can vibrate the air particles to produce a sound so everyone can hear me."
"No, that would be weird. Actually... Don't talk to me in public." I told her. "Yeah, so... What's your name?"
"I don't have a name. Master can give me a name though," she said.
"Okay then, you shall be known as... Magi! How's that?" I said triumphantly.
"Yes. I shall be known as Unit: Magi."
