Summary

"Welcome back to the land of the living, Alexandra… Please don't make too much of a mess on your first night."  ------------------------- The after life is complicated and it is in the hands of two species to keep it organized. Angels live in the light but they have changed over the years. They are selfish creatures that want every soul to belong to the heavens even when they don't deserve it. Evil Angels live in the dark and they try to uphold the after world by giving evil souls what they truly deserve. Both species stay away from humans to preserve the existence of the curiosity of the afterlife. But what happens when a girl appears and finds out about these two mysterious species?

Chapter 1

Sitting on the rooftop of the grand castle was a blacked figure. The figure's piercing red eyes looked out to the world below, surveying humanity's movements during the night. It was confused by how everything in this world slows down in the darkness while itself only gains more power. It ran its tongue across its razor sharp teeth curious about who will be its next victim, after all it was getting pretty hungry from the trip here.

It lifted a claw-like hand to the top of its head, scratching behind its smooth horns. A noise alarmed it and it stood, ready to jump on whatever prey that was approaching. As the noise became louder and the figure was just about to pounce, yet another figure appeared, gripping it by the tail in order to keep it in place. The other figure leaned into the first figure's pointed ears whispering, "Welcome back to the land of the living, Alexandra… Please don't make too much of a mess on your first night."

With that the figure released Alexandra's long black tail allowing her to leap from the roof onto an innocent hiker that just so happened to get lost at the wrong time.

His Forsaken Fate

Bargara4670: I have marked the ratings down because it was obviously originally written in a foreign language and translated into English. I hope that whoever edited the second half will go back and do the same to the first half. Having said that, this was a well-thought-out plot which kept me interested enough ...
