Realistically Done

"This book did an amazing job showing the kindness, desperation, and sometimes even cruelty of people that may come after a major disaster. Specifically, this disaster was the tsunami that hit Japan over a decade ago. Our main character sets out to find his daughter after the earthquake and tsunami hit, meeting others along the way and taking in the aftermath and how people were reacting to it. It was really well done and really realistic. For me personally, I would've liked to see a little more dialogue and interaction, but that's more of a personal preference for books than anything else. This book still held my attention even without extensive character interaction and dialogue which not a lot of books without those things can do, so great job 💖"
