At the crime scene under bridge.

I walk out of the car.

"Where is the body?" I asked. "This way sir" Junho said. He a newbie.

I am Noah Scott. Twenty Six years old Senior Deputy chief and ex-prosecutor. I live with my younger sister. My parents were also in police department they sacrifice there life on a mission. For me, my sister Ella Scott is everything. Recently there has been ample of murders and Chief assign my team to solve this case.

I look at the body. Strong foul smell over took the area so I quickly wore the mask. Hands, legs and head were seperated from the body.

"Search the nearby area and check the CCTV cameras." I ordered while examine the body.

Hours later

At the office.

I sigh, while going through the files of murders. "Isn't this 22th murder of this month!?" Daniel exclaimed. "How can we not find a single evidence!" Junho said. "We will solve it soon!" I said with a positive attitude.

"How? We have been assign to this case four months ago. We saw more than seventy murders on this case. We all are working... days and nights! But still! No evidence of the murderer." Andrew said annoyingly.

"I don't think we can solve this case.." Junho said sadly.

"ENOUGH!!" I was angry with their attitude. "Don't forget! Our duty is to protect the people. They trust us and sleep soundly just because they knows we will protect them." I said proudly.

"Yes Sir! I'll work harder!" Junho said in full of persistence.

"Sir! I'll also work harder!" Daniel said.

"Yes Sir! We will make sure to find the murderer." Andrew said.

I was so proud of them. "Okay, so as per my observation this all the cases are different with each other" I said while putting all the files on the table. "But.. This case have one similarity."

"What is that?" Andrew asked curiously.

"This people who have lost there life are somehow criminals. Let me show you." I said and show them one file.

"This woman. One week after her wedding, her husband died due to accident. In court it was shown as an accident but after I did deep research. This woman killed her husband for her lover. After a month she was murdered and her third finger where we put the wedding ring was cut. We did research but there is no proof. The culprit is someone else"

"And look at this case. This man raped his girlfriend. Somehow, his punishment was five years jail and eight hundred dollar penalty. After he got release, he was murdered. His crotch was cut. Normally the suspect would be his girlfriend or someone related to it but they all left this country a long time ago so the culprit is someone else."

I explain to my team.

"So in other cases the victim was once a culprit!" Junho exclaim.

"Exactly!! But the main pattern is the crime which the victims committed they got the punishment according to it" I said.

"So, all the murders are done by same person." Daniel said

Does that mean the person is getting a revenge or something?" Daniel asked.

"It's possible.." I replied.

"Maybe the culprit didn't get the justice on something and now he or she is getting revenge!" Andrew said.

"The way people are killed.... It's.... So bad. Who can be that person maybe it's a gang" Junho said in a scared voice.

"I am sure it's not a gang. Only one person can do this!" I said.

"Who is it?" They asked curiously.

"PSYCOPATH"
