Summary

My name is grim, I'm a servant to the "Great underworld!"... More specifically The demon himself. The devil, Lucifer and Satan. There are probably more names but who has time for all of that. Certainly not me. Like I said I'm a servant. I'm more like an Executioner, I'm somewhat considered a goddess of death. I am given a name, I go into the human world and find and kill that person. Bring their souls for him. As simple as that, right? Wrong. He sends me to contain a man, Not to kill him. When I find it I realize he looks very familiar, I don't know him. I would remember if I did. Now asking myself all these questions I never have before and the big one being "Why can't I kill you?"

This is going to stain..

The room chatters endlessly. The tavern is the local hang out for him. I walk up to the bar and sit on one of the stools. The bartender is busy with one of their customers. So I wait. I look around, the usual. Nothing new tonight just the same men practically undressing women with their eyes before they approach them. Maybe to see who would be better. The real thing or the imagination.

I spot a middle aged man. Dark brown hair hair the gell making it near black. His hair too gelled for him not to care but the lack of style shows he has one thing on his mind. A quick hookup. He sits by a few men in his booth, all dressed up. He wears a fitted maroon dress shirt. Top two buttons are left open. He wears a pair of black slacks. He leans back on his booth in the corner. He throws one leg over the other, one hand draped over the booth and the other holding his choice of poison.

His gaze is across the room, I follow it to a young blonde thing, she looks uncomfortable here. Her clothes are playful and a tad teasey. She looks at her phone plenty of times. Probably wishing she could leave but beside her is a group of girls. They are very drunk by the looks of it and are nowhere near done, seeing as the waitress who stops with another round of shots for their table.

I look back at the man. He licks his bottom lip and brings the rim of his drink to his mouth. He gulps down the remaining of his drink and stands up. He slightly stumbles from the rush of alcohol rushing through him. Which should help make my job easier. I watch as the man stumbles slightly over towards the woman. She is completely oblivious to him making his way towards her.

A knock on the bar counter behind me forces my attention otherwise. I am greeted by a frown rather than the smile or smirk I would have thought. The man or grump before me has black hair. Long enough that you could grip but not too long to call it a man bun or anything. His lips aren’t too plump or too thin but almost perfect. His eyes, a deep espresso brown, are annoyed and watch the room. The overwhelming amount of people is clearly stressing him out. Not seeing another Bartender to come to his recuse. He refocuses his attention on me again. I try to hide my smirk at his stress. The sweat from working is evidence enough as it rests on his forehead.

“Cosmopolitan.” I say, smiling. He nods his head and whisks away to begin making the drink. I love alcohol, I have a weird relationship with gin and rum. Those are my weak drinks. I so very much love them but I pay dearly. Tonight I work so I’ll save that for later. He walks back carrying my drink in his hand; he sets it down quickly and shuffles off. I don’t even get to say thank you, not that I would. The drink wobbles and spills a bit and lands on my black tights. Damn it! This might stain... I should reach over this counter and grab him by the throat and...

Enough. I need to focus. I have a job to do tonight. Not that it’ll be a challenge. I lift my drink and sip. The sour touches my tongue first but it’s chased down by the sweet cranberry taste. I set my drink down. Sighing at the wonderful taste. The orange reveals itself for a wonderful after taste. I put up my drink holding it I turn around. By now that man should be making the blonde blush and he should be growing confident. Or maybe they will already be half way through the banter and be forcing their tongues down each other throats.

This man disappoints, he isn’t kissing the girl. No playful banter instead he is annoying the blonde with over used pickup lines. I can hear them all. I sip my drink. The girl tries to laugh off her comfortableness. Her friends are gone probably throwing up in a bathroom somewhere or grinding against a random guy. He leans against the table, his drink kicking in. He probably can’t walk without tripping right now. Which would make this so much easier.

He leans in and the blonde visibly stiffens at his proximity and breathes a sigh of relief when he backs up. He grins, she smiles. Blushing slightly and then nods her head. Now what could he have said that she would agree to go with him. When she clearly doesn’t want to be around the man at all. He waits for her to stand up offering her a hand. She takes his hand, the both go towards the back exit. Passing the guys original table his buddies throw up signs. Most thumbs up but one of them was gesturing more or less. Imaginative and soo hopeful that they will make it that far.

I look down at my drink, sighing that I will have to rush this. I run my finger around the rim of my glass. Tilling my head as I watch them leaving the bar. I turn around now facing the many drinks around me. Sighing, I drink the remaining glass. The Bartender catches my attention again and he hurriedly rushes by. I smile tightly, watching him flex his muscles as he opens a new bottle of Whiskey. Running my finger around the rim of my glass. As he goes to go by I stop him.

“My glass is empty and you’ve spilled it on me.” I watch him stiffen a sigh and he looks over at me. My smile grows. He puts one hand on the counter, the other sets the whiskey down and slides down the drink. Slowly.

“Well you don’t look very wet.” I force down the grin of all the dirty little things I could say. My clit throbs a bit. What is it about danger that just does it for me? For a man not to know what he is getting himself into just makes me very excited. He looks very upset. His voice is smooth like melting ice. Chilling and warming with just a sound. Giving him a flirtatious laugh I lean back slightly.

“Well that’s because you haven’t seen all of me.” He doesn’t smile, a challenge. Wouldn’t be as fun anyway. He is just passing the time anyways. I’ve got four minutes anyways. He sighs.

“Look, You are a very attractive woman. I’m sure you know. So please find another person willing to spare a Towel.” He tries to say it nicely, I don’t mind so much. He stands up a bit. He’s smart, he is right I do know that my appearance has caught many stares and gazes since I have entered. However he flirts when he tells me to go find another man. Plus I need him to apologize. A few of his customers yell at him but he doesn’t move to go attend to them when I speak.

“I’m not against sharing.” I leave a message. I’m not going to do anything with him anyway, I wouldn’t have enough time to explore. When I’m with someone I like to get to know their bodies very well. What makes them squirm, quiver, moan, gasp, yell, scream. He does smirk slightly, his eyes light up a bit at the invitation.

“Look lov-”

“I’m just offering, Seeing as you have potentially ruined my pants I figured at least you could make it up to me. As for those other men, they don’t owe me... yet.”

“As tempting as the offer is..” He stops himself, looking down for a moment when he looks up his eyes bore into mine. He stares into my soul. As if I had one anyways.

“Room 3008, L’aurora dell’avventura Hotel. Knock three times.” I say stopping all movement on the rim of the glass. I stand up. Fluffing my hair, His eyes scan my body as I stand. I lean in on the counter. My chest pushed together a bit. He swallows hard. His eyes land on mine, I smirk. I look down his body or at least what I can see which isn’t much. Just his black shirt. Not a button up or anything too nice but it fits him. Running my eyes back up. He works out, most likely. If He doesn’t he has a killer metabolism and a gift from God. “If you change your mind That’s where I’ll be.” With that I lean back and walk away towards the back exit.

I walk through the crowds of people. I don’t bother looking at him. I have work, that’s really all I need. Why bother wasting time thinking about a man. Even though he was a hell of a good looking one.

I swing the door open and the Darkness of the night is illuminated by a small porch light. It flickers, the bulb almost burnt out. I look around the left side. I see the busy streets. A dumpster. I hear a groan. I turn around and see two bodies pushed against the side of the building. I hear the heavy panting of both of them. I stalk over towards them, as quiet as I can manage in my red heeled boots. I pick up my hidden Clay-more sword. The both break apart to breathe. The guy starts unzipping the blonde’s dress. She startles messing with his zipper.

“Hey.” I shout. I hear a few muttered curses and the blonde leans back from the guy and turns around. Her face is flushed and pink. Her chest rises and falls quickly.

“Look, I’m sorry.. We got in a hurry.” She laughs a bit. “We’ll-”

My sword slices straight through her abdomen, I pull it back towards me. Moving quickly I spinning as I crouch I hit the back over her knees. Her legs buckle and she lands on her knees. Clutching her stomach. The guy in the corner scrambles and stumbles to try and run away. I point my sword at him.

“I wouldn’t. Don’t speak either.” I dare him, Smiling. Wishing he would try something. I turn my attention to the blonde. I walk back in front of her. Her mouth is leaking blood. She coughs and looks shocked. She had to know this was coming. “Well don’t look surprised Eleanor. You knew you would be killed. I mean you did kill all those men..” She coughs a bit more and she glares at me.

“What?!” The guy shouts. Clearly now appalled even though he did just have his tongue down her throat not 5 minutes ago. I roll my eyes. I stare at him and he shuts his mouth catching on.

“Well Eleanor, lucky for you I have plans later that I really don’t want to postpone for your death.” I say swinging my sword a bit. Bending down a bit, I ready my sword. “Goodbye.” Swinging my sword I make a clean slice through her neck and stop on one knee. Blood drops splatters on my face. I look up the guy, smiling and he moves quickly to the trash bin throwing up. He hurls all of his drinks and maybe dinner.

I walk over to him and pat his back. He pushes off of the trash can and falls over scared to death of my touch. Kicking my blade into me smearing blood on my pants. I frown when I look back at him.

“This is going to stain...” I say as I bring my sword up and bring it down quickly ending his life quickly through his heart.
