Chapter 1
This is my first book so I'm sorry for any mistakes I make. I hope you like it!
Emma's POV
As I'm walking to school I put my earphones in my ears and hit play. "100 Bad Days" by AJR is the first song that plays from my playlist. I was walking up to the school when the warning Bell rang telling me I had 3 minutes to get to class. I wasn't worried about being late but I did pick up my pace. When I got to the classroom I chose a seat in the back. Other students don't bother me 'cause I'm the quiet girl that sits in the back of the class and they think of me as the freak. The reason for that is because there is a girl in my pack ,Ashly, that is the bane of my existance. She has made it her personal goal to make my life a living he'll. She spreads rumors so nobody wants to go near me and I'm okay with that. I don't know why I mean the only thing that makes me different from everyone else is my hair color. My hair is a faded red and since I'm a werewolf others say that I am connected to the Blood Moon but thats impossible and my parents would've told me. In the werewolf world there's a myth saying that A demon and a werewolf had a child (born on the blood moon),which is forbidden, the child would be a hybrid of werewolf and demon but stronger than anyone could ever imagine. But they couldn't raise the child ,for they had to give him/her up for adoption. They would also be stripped of their abilities and turned human if the myth was true the Elders of Mythical Creatures declared about 18 or 19 years ago when the rumors were going around that a werewolf would be mated to a demon. They also said that the moon goddess would be punished if that ever happened. So since they had to give up the baby means I can't be the child of the blood moon because I'm not adopted. The Bell rang and I noticed that kids were pilling out of the classroom. Wait a minute. I zoned out through class again. Dang it I told Mason I would try to get better grades. I guess that's not going to happen. I was walking to my next class when all of a sudden my shoulder was shoved into the lockers. I looked up guess who it was. Yep thats right Ashly.
"I really have to get to my class. I don't have time to listen to self-absorbed bitches" I said rudely and tried to get by her.
"Hey! Don't talk to me like that I am inferior to you" Ashly scrame in my face.
"Don't get close to my face your breath stinks and if you were trying to say you are better than me the correct word would be superior"I said with a smirk.
I heard laughing around me and looked around. I hadn't noticed a crowd had gathered but eh what can I do about it. This enraged Ashly.
"Don't be a smart ass Emma thats probably what got your Aunt Madison killed" she atood there looking satisfied that she had gotten under my skin. My wolf Ella spoke in my head.
'That was a low blow'
Ashly doesn't care on low she has to go she just has to get what she wants and she wants me to feel bad I thought.
'She's a horrible person'
Tell me something I don't know.
The next thing I knew I heard a loud smack!
