The Legend of the Second Garden of Eden

According to the legend, every Easter, a beautiful meadow appears in the middle of a forest and disappears the next day. Very few people have seen it, but the people who have seen it describes it as the second garden of Eden. A girl named Jasmine was one of the first people to see the second garden of Eden.

Here is a detailed account of what happened from Jasmine's point of view:

! A fully grown forest giving off a weird vibe. I was curious, so I decided to explore the place. 'It was the 12th of April the day I saw the second garden of Eden. Near where I live, there is a hill that I often visit to relax and clear my mind. I was on my way to the hill when I noticed a forest to the right of me. How strange, I thought. One day, no forest, the next day, ka-boom! A fully grown forest giving off a weird vibe. I was curious, so I decided to explore the place.

It was shady with tall trees and dark green leaves looIt was shady with tall trees and dark green leaves loomed over me. There was nothing to be heard apart from the sound of my footsteps. It felt oddly comforting. I'm not sure how deep I was inside the forest, but out of the silence, I heard birds singing and the crashing sound of a waterfall nearby. I was thirsty, so I picked up the speed. The sounds got louder from every step I took. I tripped over a tree stump and landed face down on the forest floor. After I caught my breath, I looked up to see where I was and I gasped.

In front of me, was the most beautiful clearing I had ever seen in my life. It was filled with lush, green grass and there were multi coloured flowers dotted around the clearing. I saw a pool of clear, sparkling water connected to a roaring waterfall. Mist sprayed up, causing a vividly coloured rainbow to form.

Trees with emerald green leaves and ruby red apples grew on the outskirts of the meadow. I watched a squirrel run along the branch of a tree and a bird feed its hatchlings in a nest.

Near a patch of violet tipped daisies, were two groups of rare, exotic butterflies that a person could see in their lifetime. The first group of butterflies were called "Leona's Little Blue" butterflies. Mingled with them, were the "Blue Morpho" butterflies. After the butterflies collected the nectar from the daisies, they scattered out over the meadow. While I watched all the activity going on in the meadow, I was overcome with drowsiness and I woke up on the hill I told you about earlier. I was just in time to see the sun set too. I never really appreciated nature, but I do now.'

Jasmine wasn't sure if she was dreaming, but after hearing reports of people seeing the 'second garden of Eden', she knew it was real.

'Do you think "the Second Garden of Eden" is a fitting name for the meadow?' I asked as I interviewed her.

'Yes, I wholeheartedly agree with that. I would even go far as to say that it was the second garden of Eden! It was that beautiful and stunning!'

'Do you think you will ever see it again?' I questioned.

'No, I believe that it's more of a one in a lifetime chance,' she replied.

The case of the second garden of Eden has reopened. This world has many secrets to uncover, and I believe that the second garden of Eden is one of them.

'Bye Julia! I'm glad I could be of service!' Jasmine shouted to me as I got into my car.

'Bye Jasmine! Take care!' I yelled back. I waved goodbye as my driver started up the car. I sat back as the car drove away.

12th of April. That was 13 years ago I have many questions to ask and I intend on getting my answers, no matter what.
