Prologue

In the dead of night a young girl ran to the docks of the island, she wore a cloak and a large backpack with an array of items in it. She skidded to a stop as she got near a small boat.

She started to get on when the call of her name stopped her.

"DOVE! PLEASE WAIT!" A boy called, he had grey-blue hair and light blue eyes.

"Please, Dove, you can't do this! Don't leave me here alone!" He pleaded.

"You chose to stay, Im choosing to leave, I cant take it anymore.... Im sorry Goose...." Dove said as she continued to board the boat.

He stared at her, tears in his eyes.

"Please.... we can fix this.... just, come home" He said, trying to fight back the tears.

She gave him the cold shoulder, mostly so he couldn't see her tears. She raised the sail and looked at Goose.

"Im sorry" She said as the wind picked up.

She had been at sea for about an hour. It was raining, hard. Dove knew what this ment and she was trying to stear away from the storm but the wind proved to be too strong. Her boat was thrown directly into the storm, she held onto her backpack and the boat for dear life. The crash of lunder and the light of lightning flashed the sky. Seconds later her boat was struck.

Dove groaned, her whole body was in pain. She opened her eyes to see the sand she slowly got up and looked around, she didnt recognize the land scape. She spotted her bag and crawled over to it, she looked inside. All of her stuff seemed to be there. She turned to the beach that fadded into a forest and smiled slightly.

She was finally free...
