Chapter 1
Mobile apps are changing our lifestyle the way we interact with each other, the way we live, the way we work and get remunerated.
From the early time of smartphones until the year 2020, we continue to download apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or food delivery apps to ease services, but in the near future that will not be enough, and things should transform to be WIN-WIN for both developers and users.
Mobile apps are always in the “Development Stage” to meet user’s expectations. They are competing with the time to create new mobile applications that will benefit the daily needs of most users. They have created new apps like Waze for guiding locations; Skype, Flashat, WhatsApp and Zoom Meetings for personal and business huddle sessions; food and grocery delivery apps like Grab, Zomato, Amazon; and apps for monitoring health such as Fitplan, 8fit, MyFitnessPal and many more.
Mobile apps have broadened its reach not only limited to Entertainment or Communication. Aside from the normal benefits of these apps to us, they have included Monetization or Reward system to make sure that we are enjoying the services and at the same time we get remunerated. This is the other way not to let go of their apps while installed on our smartphones. They could provide an upgrade of our mobile app experience, give promos and vouchers of partnered establishments or sometimes real money is on the way to our bank accounts while just using their app.
Mobile app developers have taken us into a higher level of communication, socialization, lifestyle and the way we get paid to our works. Users can enjoy these services while developers’ apps are kept inside our mobile phones. In a nutshell, this is a good Win-Win scenario for all of us.
