Soup & Sparklers; A Recipe for Meditation

*Selenite wand
*Sand bag
*Chair or stool
STEP ONE: Begin by seating your person on the sandbag, placed on the seat of their chair.
STEP TWO: Have your person hold the selenite wand in their lap. It will draw out negative energy and transmute it. (It happens without their knowledge. They will only feel the relief of it, like a weight off their shoulders.)Hold the crystal for 2 breath counts of 4.

STEP THREE: Set the crystal at their feet now. It will continue to draw negative energy or low vibes away from them as you continue into the meditation.
STEP FOUR: With permission granted, place your hands on your persons’ head. Firmly, but gently so not to cause harm. Begin to brush off the energy attached to the head. Fear, doubts, worry, anger. Brush it all away with your hands. Now move down to the shoulders. Gently brushing away all negative energy. As you do so, notice the tension release from the neck and shoulders. Your person can easily sit taller, nothing weighs them down. Lack of confidence, feelings of being alone, or unloveable are all released. Place your hands on your persons back now and firmly brush away any last trace of negative energy. The remaining remnants fall off easily to the floor where it is removed into the selenite and then transmuted.
STEP FIVE: (say aloud) ((We call Mother Earth to us now.)) She comes to us as red hot earth energy. It’s not so hot that it can harm you. Instead, think of it as though you are sipping a cup of hot soup on a chilly afternoon. Starting at the soles of your feet you will begin to draw up this energy all through your body up to your crown. She fills you up easily, just by thinking of it or simply saying (fill me up) you are filled with her red hot earth energy. See in your minds eye how it warms you to your core. The heat slowly spreading from your feet, up your calves and thighs. Through your hips and pelvis. Further warming you up through your torso and chest, it flows easily over your shoulders and down each arm and hand before travelling back up to your neck and face and finally crown. It is flowing smoothly and continuously up and down your body now. Enjoy feeling Mother Earth healing you. This energy exchanges the negative that was removed, with feelings of purpose, clarity, peacefulness and calm. It fills you easily, without hesitation. (Know that you can tap into this energy any time you need it) This energy is infinite, it never depletes so you can call on it whenever you choose. Just think to yourself “I am filled with red hot energy from Mother Earth” and it will be so. Feel her love for you with every breathe you take now and feel at peace.
STEP SIX: (say aloud) ((we call The Holy Spirit Of God to us now.)) His energy comes to us as sparkling white light, electric looking. Like holding your hand to a sparkler, you can feel the intense energy sparks, but it does not hurt. Starting at your crown, imagine a spot of light. As you notice this light it becomes activated, and begins to flow spectacular cascades of sparkling light over you, permeating into you. It feels magical and intense. The sparkles make you feel alive, buzzing with the Heavenly energy coursing through you. It’s flowing over your head and face. You feel the tingles of this energy. Now down your throat and neck, past your shoulders and down and then back up each arm and hand. It continues down your chest and torso, through your pelvis and hips, down your thighs and calves and finally feet. It soaks I to the soles of your feet and then spreads upward again. This Heavenly energy permeates every part of your being. From it you can feel how loved you are. It ignites passion within you, confidence and courage. Every breathe you take allows the light to fill you even more completely. This energy is also infinite and never depletes, so you can tap into it at anytime. Just think of the spot of light that sits above your crown. It carries with you everywhere. Think of it and it will ignite a sparkling rain of Heavenly energy filling you instantly with all that you need in that moment. Peace, calm, serenity, strength, whatever it is you need.
STEP SEVEN: Mother Earth and The Holy Spirit of God are sending you their healing energy. They want you to know that this is your gift from them. To tap into this infinite love at anytime. It is always here for you, just waiting to be called upon. Feel this love always. It is yours to relish, yours to hold. It is also yours to share with others. Teach others how to find the light.
