All ahead of the transaction of the object with the ominous organisation ICATEL, covertly known for killing political rival, getting hold of government documents- just for a price. Prologue:

She was falling out of the sky, watching the plane she wasn’t supposed to board in the first place, fly away.

The only silver lining was that Everlynn was aboard. The Chief could make sure the unconscious passengers wouldn’t be involved in a plane crash if Eduardo and his accomplices decided to abandon the commercial plane.

Pondering on her life choices that led up to her having wind rush past her popped ears as she went into a free fall, she scouted out the person who blame. Who she was happy to find was falling out of the sky with her.

Agent Duke Mandervick, the cause of this mess.

The agent didn’t even look concerned at the problem they’d left Everlynn in or, at the very least, their situation. That they were heading down towards a rainforest with no supplies, only the clothes in their backs and their hidden weapons. Items that would be no good against hunger or dehydration.

Not even that the only person who knew their current whereabouts was Everlynn.

Yet how was she, Andralisse Charlavanis with no failures on her record, involved with a mission ending up this dire?

Well all she has to say is that it started with her completely useless and unhelpful partner: Duke Mandervick.
