"I enjoyed the storyline. It was entertaining and engaging, but there were somethings that were just kind of glazed over or weren't really finalized and smoothed out. There needs to be more backstory to Dalia. Who is she and how did she get away with so much destruction? She started the fire that killed Sarah before she had the support of Alpha John, so who assisted her with this initial fire? I think the sudden introduction of a witch in this story (working with Alpha John and distorting reality) throw me for a loop because there was no prior mention of there being other supernatural beings in this story. What is Megan's power and where did it come from? I get that Megan is a descendent of the Moon Goddess, but why do Megan's parents seem to be completely oblivious to their daughters abilities? You would think that they would be more protective of something so precious, but they all but through her out of the house when Max arrived. What gives? Again, the story was easy to read and follow along, but there were a lot of things that were left unresolved "for lack of a better word.""
