Stickytape (Sero x Aroko)

This story was made for a Tik Toker I am a fan of. Their OC is Aroko. He doesn’t belong to me. And I apologize if I get anything mistaken about their personality. I only wrote this story for aro_through_the_heart on Tik Tok. All credit and inspiration of story and this ship goes to them! Check them out if you want to! -Aroko’s P.O.V.-

Kirishima recently figured out that I liked someone. Luckily, he won’t find out that “someone” is really Hanta Sero.

I don’t know if he will ever find out, but I hope not. It won’t be terrible, but he would talk to me about it nonstop, and possibly accidentally spill the secret.

The whole reason this even became a crush was because I bumped into Sero in the hall while I was talking to Kirishima. And Sero, dare I say it, was making a cute smile when he apologized. I got flustered, walked away saying that it was fine. I was leaving in a hurry, Kirishima caught up to me anyway.

Kirishima had asked if there was any reason I’ve been a bit different than usual. I said I didn’t know. Kirishima asked if it could be me in love. He sang a song he made up right at that moment. He stopped and looked at me. In that one look, he knew.

I had a crush.

Which brings us to where we are now... In class 1-A. Everyone was getting into their seats. They seemed calm, happy, bored, tired, and for Bakugo alone, angry. While I, unlike everyone else, was stiff and flustered.

Before class officially started. Midoriya turned around.

“Hey, Aroko. Are you okay?” Midoriya asked in a worried tone.

“I’m fine. We should pay attention before class starts. You know how Aizawa is.” I said in a whisper.

He gave me a nod of confirmation. Aizawa came in with his sleeping bag like he usually would. I hope this day doesn’t get worse.

-Sero’s P.O.V.-

Aroko and I bumped into each other in the hallway, but I didn’t mind. I apologized, but he said it was fine and hurried off. He was seeming a bit different in how he had his tone of voice. Kaminari went to class with me. I saw Aroko and Kirishima walk in the class after I sat down.

Kirishima looked happy about something. Aroko looked tense and his cheeks were pink. No doubt Kirishima got Aroko flustered somehow. I don’t know whether or not I should be concerned... I... Care a lot about Aroko.

Class had started as soon as Aizawa Sensei rolled in his sleeping bag into the class. Today we had combat with another student. Sensei already picked who’d be fighting who last night. He started calling out the names

Hanta Sero - Aroko (I Don’t know his last name)

Well, I guess I was fighting Aroko. We were all told to change into our hero suits.

- Aroko’s P.O.V -

I tensed when I heard I will be battling Sero. I didn’t know what to do. We filed out of the class to change into our hero suits. I didn’t know what to feel, be happy to be around him, or be scared I might hurt him. And I immediately thought.

“Why did this happen?”

After we all finished changing, we went to the battlegrounds. First to battle were Toru and Kirishima. It might be hard for him to fight her with her quirk.

The battles continued. One by one, every fight was done.

“Sero, Aroko. Your turn.” Aizawa said when Koda and Tenya finished their battle.

I felt nauseous, but I stood to go battle anyway. When I got to the battlegrounds, Sero had a look of confidence. A horn blared, starting our battle.

Sero ran towards me. He used his quirk but I dodged the tape. It ended up wrapping me anyway. Sero started to spin me around like he did to Todoroki. I tried using mine to stop him somehow. He slipped on the ink and somehow, we got tied together by his tape. We were directly facing each other. I felt my face heat up.

“Dude, are you okay?” Sero asked.

This was too close. Way too close. I couldn’t process any words, all I could do was stare at him and stay quiet. I tried to stand better, but that ended up in me falling backwards. Sero landed on top of me. My glasses fell off.

“Hey man, are you okay? Say something at least.” Sero sounded worried.

“I-I-I’m fine.” I managed to say.

“Okay you two, we’ll get you some help. We’ll do this another time.” Aizawa said on a speaker.

“So, I guess we’ll be stuck for a while.” Sero said. How is he so calm about this? Kirishima was walking to us.

“Hey Aroko.” Kirishima said. He picked up my glasses and put them on me.

“I figured out your secret.” He said with a toothy grin before walking away.

“W-wait! Kirishima!” I shouted, but he ignored me. I don’t know whether or not he really found out or not, but I was scared to know.

Soon Recovery Girl came in with Present Mic. Mic had to cut up whatever he could without hurting us, and if anything happened, Recovery Girl was there to help. Luckily, we were free without any real damage.

“Sero, I’m sorry for causing that whole thing.” I apologized.

“Bro, it’s okay. You were just acting out in self-defense. If I had your quirk, I’d do the same thing.” He gave me a reassuring smile.

Mina yelled for us. “Come on guys! It’s almost time for lunch!We gotta change out of our suits.” Then she ran off to join the others.

“Come on, we can’t leave the squad waiting.” Sero said before running.

“H-hey! Wait for me!” I ran after him. I’m still questioning if he’s aware of what I’m feeling or not. Kirishima may have given it away. I’ll find out at some point...
