The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. Nothing you think you remember is what actually happened. When you dream, you could be visiting the real world or, on the contrary, entering alternating universes in each dream. You never really know what goes on inside your head. Drunk words are sober thoughts. Sober words could be misunderstood thoughts. You never really know what goes on inside your head. Your first thought on something is the right thought. Your final, thought is the worst idea you come up with. You never really know what goes on inside your head. Maybe humans cannot dream. Maybe they just haven’t learned how to travel to the parallel universe we really live in. Why can we not completely remember what happens in your dreams? Because you never really know what goes on inside your head.
The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. Perhaps the reason you wake up when you die in a dream is because your mind doesn’t have an idea as to where you go afterwards or what happens next. In your last dream...you could have died but you still, haven't woken up. You could be living in your dream everyday and you wouldn’t know any different. Maybe the government brainwashed everyone, maybe North Korea is the only country who can see the world for what it truly is. Perhaps the moon doesn’t exist and it is just a hologram invented by unknown beings...maybe one night it says “error 404” where the moon should be and you would not know because you could have awoken from that dream you thought you had but now are not-so-sure you had.
The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. Perhaps you lost your sight and you see things your mind wants to picture so it tricks you into believing it is actually there. Maybe when you play a virtual reality gams you enter an alternate dimension which shows you what the world could have been like if we had not messed up so bad. Perhaps humans used to live on Mars but we had to leave because we messed it up so bad and we came here, to Earth, but now we are trying to find a new planet because we are suffering the same fate as our ancestors.
The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. Perhaps when diseases occur, the government have launched them in the hope that some people die so that we can start over again. Maybe we have messed up and are all attached to machinery in some mind of rocket launched into space a millennia ago. We wouldn't know. You never really know what goes on inside your head. Perhaps.
The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. Perhaps when people find their ‘soulmates' they have died and moved onto the next level of this game some of us call “life”. Maybe when young people fall in love and say they found something new, they have found the next level entrance but they haven't passed the test of adolescence yet. Perhaps when you see the stars, they are all the people looking down on us, cursing at the mistakes we made that put them up there in the first place. Maybe we just don't know anything. Perhaps when we go to schools to learn about history, they spin webs of lies so that we continue what the people before us had started.
The human mind is truly the scariest place of all. These things really get you thinking, don't they? You would not know if any of these things were true. If you came to read this again in a years' time, you, ought to think, “was that true, what she said?”. You never really know what goes on inside your head. You never really know what the world is like.
