"If this is the first story one reads from this author, then you are in for an incredible experience. Witty dialogue, engaging characters and some rather heated moments are are the norm for any of her works, and this brilliant take on the Rapunzel fairy tale is no exception. I was really taken by the clever use our heroine Madrid her long locks to ensnare her “knight” rescuer, this princess, a bit out of touch after being locked up for so long,proves to be not as much a damsel in distress as one first imagined. In a great plot m twist, her knight turns out to be something quite out of her ordinary vision of what the princess had been expecting. All in all this story had me in its wonderfully written grasp the whole time. "
