Absolutely Brilliant!
"I’m not sure what I was expecting before I began reading this, but I certainly didn’t expect to be unable to stop reading! I thought it was perfectly written; I couldn’t fault your style, nor your technical writing abilities - something I haven’t experienced with books other than those that have been edited and published. The character is exceptionally relatable - while I’m only 19, like him, it’s easy to see the world in a cynical light and he perfectly encompassed the flaws in the American system. I read the previous review before reading the four samples you have up so far and agree that it is long winded and somewhat overly detailed in terms of how his views have been shaped/his backstory - but I can’t say this deterred me or tainted my enjoyment of the book so far in anyway. I will certainly continue to read as the book is updated and if it continues to be a brilliant as it is so far, I’m certain I’ll see it on shelves in the near future. Brilliant. "

"Okay, so since this contains only samples it is going to be difficult for me to get a clear picture of your story and review it. But I'll try. Your plot sounds very good and relatable. I especially liked the fact that your character has his own struggles. It makes him sound human. I also found no technical errors which is very rare unless the manuscript is professionally polished, so I applaud you on that. However, I did find that you tended to tell instead of show. It was apparent in the first two samples. And you've also given too much backstory which can sometimes bore the reader. It is due to these reasons that I have awarded it four stars out of five. Overall, I did enjoy this book and I loved reading it."
