Kino is going for his early morning run when suddenly behind him crackling of what could be lightning. Astonished, afraid, and confused Kino comes end to end with a barrel of a revolver and a mysterious man behind the weapon. This strange man was dressed in cowboy apparel, appearance that expresses he is not from this time. A sudden sensation engulfs both Kino and the mysterious man, connecting them. They feel what each other feel but what they do not know is there are many like them.
