The Dream
Mia POV
Myself Mia, I'm 21 years who just finished college and I live with my parents and a most loving brother.
I love being occupied with works and I also sketch, dance, and being naughty with my bestie Alia. And yesterday my parents left me home alone to attend some functions and I am all alone here fiddling my fingers and thinking of what to do!!??
I called up Alia to check what she was up to
"Hey, Ali !wassup?" I asked her
"nothing dude just at home looking for some movies on Netflix, what about you" she sighed
"why don't you come here? let's watch a movie together any way I'm all alone here" I giggled
"hmm.. sounds like a plan, okay see you at your place in 30mins" she sounded excited.
"see ya!" we ended up the call.
after keeping all the popcorn, chocolates, chips, and some coke's ready she finally came up.
the bell rang and I ran up to open the door, I hugged her tightly and pulled her in.
"woah!girl calm down" she laughed
she came in and opened her bag to show me some of the CDs. She has soo many movies list to watch.
we finally settle to watch the film "the first daughter".
we enjoyed the whole movie, played a bit of game on mobile and showing insta posts to each other and filming some dance videos.
we never knew how the time passed! being with her is always crazy and fun! as we were done making jokes and laughing about them, she noticed her watch
"dude its already 8:30 I have to leave," she said getting up and taking her bag
we quick hugged and I waved her a bye
I was tired and went to my bed to get some sleep, I placed my head on the pillow and just closed my eyes and the darkness took over me.
*dream *
I was in an unknown place the sky was bluish orange and I am standing in the middle of nowhere, the grass is all dried up and it made sounds when I started walking. As I walk I start hearing screams and whipping sounds and as I got closer to those sounds. A voice yelled
"RUN MY CHILD RUN FASTER" the women yelled from one of the sheds, I see a small boy running towards me. he came running like as if he was running for his life.
He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw me, he slowly stepped towards me and yanked my hand with a petrified face and said
"We have to run or else they will kill us," he said,
"who will kill us?" I asked him in a lower tone
"The Serpents, now run!!" he almost shouted
as we were running I heard gunfire and I immediately stopped on my tracks to see the boy fallen next to me laying in the pool of his blood I start panicking and fall down next to him.
at a distance I see a gang of 4 coming near me, I get myself up and start running
I hear gunfire again but I don't stop until I trip over a rock and fall hitting my back
*end of dream*
I get up heavily breathing, I try to catch my breath it takes time after I relax myself a bit, I go down to get water for myself.
as I drink water I let it cool my body down and made me feel better than before. I went back to my room and hugged the pillow and asked myself "who was that boy? and who were serpents? who killed that boy? why were they behind him?"
a lot of questions were going on in my mind, I just ignored them as my dream and slept back.
