Chapter 1

Have you ever wondered about a life without Facebook, Twitter, Flashat, Snapchat, Instagram and many more social apps? Would life be very difficult these days without having them? Interacting with someone would have to be face to face. Meaning we will be having less time in surfing and browsing social networks and more time spending with other people in real and in person.

Social interaction would be new if social media would be suddenly removed to us now these days but actually we are already used to it even before. We enjoy life without social media but some other task would be very difficult for us to achieve in a timely manner. For example, sending greetings and messages to a person who is away from us would be somehow difficult and expensive for us without social media.

Life without social networks means no more daily uploading pictures of you or how your day is being carried out. It means no more likes, dislikes and comments on your post on your favorite social media apps. There would be no need of us to be always artistic and to please other people as we show things online. In real life, the best picture of us is seen and taken with these innovative and all-natural devices, our Human Eyes.

A world without social media allows us more time to meet and get to know people because phones will no longer be the first thing we will look for in the morning or the last thing at night. During hanging out moments, we will feel more present without social media because we don’t have to take a photo of everything, instead we live the moment and enjoy it and we will rely on our memory to remind us how memorable that moment was.

So without having social media is still possible and enjoyable but we should still embrace how the world is offering us a new modern and advanced lifestyle which will help us build more memories as we still go along in this world.
