Summary

Ellis Parker has learnt over the years that she can't depend on anyone. She has no use other than being a pretty face. She endures the world alone. When the opportunity to escape the trauma and chaos of her current life by moving halfway across the world presents itself, despite the consequences and the unknown, she can't book her flight quick enough. With newfound freedom, Ellis begins rebuilding her life and hope's to blend into the background, living an easier and simple life. But fate appears to have other plans. Her world is turned upside down and she soon realises nothing is as it seems when a last-minute trip leaves her forever changed. Ellis must let go of her trauma and piece her shattered soul back together as she faces something much bigger and darker than any demon from her past, which threatens not only her life but that of everyone else around her.
