Hattie Flower's life is jammed full of projects, volunteering, and helping her community. She's been unlucky in love, so she's filled her life with hard work and giving to others. She unprepared when she meets Hank, the handsome man who just moved to her small town. He won't take no for an answer, and he keeps telling her to slow down long enough to enjoy life. Henry (Hank) Stratford is excited about starting another chapter of his life. He sold his bars in Tennessee and moved to Ohio to be close to his daughter's college, and his sister, and her family. He's ready to start focusing on his house and new business in the small, rural Ohio town. He has everything planned for his new venture; what he didn't expect was meeting a curly-haired, workaholic woman who he knows is going to change his life forever.

Miriam: I liked the way the plot was set up and then the relationship progressed. Some may not like the discretion but it all led up to a very happy ending with a bit of suspense leading up to it. Definitely a cliffhanger. Waiting for a follow-up.
