Evan:
There she stood, as she peered through the fog from the local train station, he watched her carefully, measuring her movements. Surely, she didn’t see him, nor what was about to happen.
Her name was Dianna Schaefer, she was 27, blonde hair, green eyes, full lips, model type body, fair skin. Sheer perfection. He’s done the research on her, 7839 Oakwood Drive, works at Seamless in the mall, has 3 dogs (a Doberman Pinscher, a Husky, and a Yellow Lab). It’s just a matter of time before he pounces, before he makes his move, before he does his “job”. Oh how he loves that feeling when she senses that she is being watched, how she slowly looks around to see, how she nervously but softly bites her lower lip. It has been almost 4 months, 4 months of watching, listening, waiting. There she goes again, she has started walking again. Time to move, time to follow. He stays a good twenty feet behind her, towards the right. She looks around, clearly uncomfortable. He smiles, not a sly smile or a normal smile, but a wicked grin. One you would see from Hannibal Lecter… That creepy, evil, and crooked smile.
He knew what he had to do if she spotted him. Oh the pros and cons run through his head. He might have more fun if she did indeed spot him, or maybe it would be more fun if he caught her off guard. That wicked smile runs across his tanned face once again.
Evan Upshaw is who he is. Tall, dark, and most definitely handsome. Age 32, deep blue eyes, tanned skin, and messy hair. Yes, that’s who he is. Yes, that’s how he lures in his victims. Some willing, some not, some don’t even have a clue. Of course his victims were between 24-29. He liked the young ones, the fresh ones, the way they displayed emotion. Oh how she walked. It was her fault, her fault that she walked into his path at the bar, how they ran into each other at the supermarket. The way her vanilla scented perfume smelt.
*WHAP!* It snapped him out of his dream, he ran into an elderly lady. He muttered a curse, shot the woman a dirty look, and glanced around for the little Miss. Dianna. Lost her again… Oh, wait, she had merely ventured to the right, directly in front of me… Only 4-6 people between them. The fog has lifted up some. He quickly looks at his watch, 7:45 a.m., it’s time. He grins. She crosses the road into an alley that leads to her house. He quickly sprints to go catch up to her. *SCREEEEEECH! BANG!* Searing pain shoots through his body. Then everything turns black.
He slowly opens his eyes. He quickly closes them again. “Lights---too---bright---turn---off---now...”, running of feet, “HE’S COME TO!! HE’S COME TO!!”. Nurses, he realizes, “H-Hospital?”. “Yes sir, you are in the hospital. Can you hear me?” “L-L-Lights---t-t-t-too---b-bright---t-t-turn---o-o-off...” he moans. “Doctor!!! His vision and hearing is okay!!!” the nurse screams. Oh, the headache.... “S-S-Shut---y-your---m-mouth!” “Doctor!!! Speech too!!!”. He curses at her, hears the doctor run in. “Sir? Mr. Upshaw? Can you hear me?”
“Where is she?” he asks. “Who??”, the nurse. “Dianna---Dianna Schaefer...” “Who?” “Di-Dianna” “Someone look at his family and records for a Dianna Schaefer!! Sir do you know what had happened to you?” “D-D-Does it l-look like i k-know wha-wha-what had ha-ha-happened you f-fool?” “Well you are the one in the hospital and has injuries and was the victim, not us, so please try to keep your calm and peace within this hospital sir.” He glares at the doctor and the assistant nurse. “Sir can you tell us the last thing you saw or did or heard?” How old is she? he wonders. She still talks as he sizes her up. Age? Roughly about 22-24. Race? Asian. Build? A tad bit over average. Looks? Not exactly stunning like Dianna but pretty enough. She would be okay for a few days then he will end her, what he really wanted was Dianna, his acclaimed prize. He had waited and waited but he needs to kill and needs to kill soon. When he kills its satisfying, its almost as satisfying as chocolate on top of a vanilla sundae. All he knows is that he can’t wait.
