"I'm absolutely in love with this book (series). It gets you hooked from the very first chapter. Especially if you're a music lover. Great approach to delicate matters that need to be more talked about. The plot keeps you wanting more and more with the end of each chapter. To the point where re-reading is a definite possibility ! The characters are so real and lovable and flawed, you relate to pieces of them (if not them as a whole) and still learn to be more empathetic and understanding towards the parts that you don't. I always look for books that in the end you feel like you've gained something from them and these characters make you feel like you can become a better human being, they challenge your mindset. The writing style is quite unique, with such heartwarming but mostly heartbreaking beautiful, poetic descriptions. The concert scenes are so, very distinctive and vivid, they leave an impression whether you're a lover of this music genre or not. The woman writes melodies with her words. "

"I've decided to put the warning in the title of this review because it's bad. It will suck you in right from the start, you will want to listen to every song mentioned, maybe even sing along, you will fall in love with the characters and lose sleep over it. Especially now that it's completed. Do not start reading it, unless you're on holiday XD For real though, this is one of the rare books that made me feel every emotion the author writes about. And still does when I read back on it. You don't have to be a heavy metal lover to love this book. The characters are sexy AND flawed. Relatable on every page. Grab your favorite drink and snacks and get settled in. Get ready for a rollercoaster ride that is worth every second of your time. Enjoy!"
