Summary

A small collection of some of the poems I have written, spread over a decade. I am by far no professional, but sometimes words seem to float from my heart and soul and the only way for me to get a grip on what's going on is by catching the words midair and writing them down. Some poems might rhyme while others do not. Some make sense while again, others do not. It's chaos and silence. It's fire and ice. Purification through torment. It's me trying to make sense of the frozen, barren landscape inside. ************************************************************** A big thank you to johnksutherland for taking a look at my work and correcting my grammar and spelling since English is not my native tongue. Thank you so much, John!

A Lost Memory

A silent moan … has anyone remembered?

Who is still able to remember about

how they were dreaming and longing

laughing and dancing

About living; instead of only existing;

and then about how they were dying …?

Who is still able to remember

about flying towards heavenly worlds

beyond the borders of mind;

– where nothing matters at all

Maybe to linger and maybe once to return …?

All that remains are our shadows

an echo that silently asks

Do we really exist;

or are we just a lost memory

of what could have been.
