Summary

**Some secrets were never meant to be discovered.** He was breathtakingly beautiful. "Sorry to disappoint, little human." He drawled out as he visually assessed my body. I gave him a questioning glance. "Little human? So what does that make you?" I backed my words with as much attitude as I could possess and crossed my arms across my chest. The tall, sexy stranger took another step closer. His eyes holding me prey to his every move. His steps were graceful and quiet. Deliberate with purpose. His head tipped to the side as if he's trying to read me through my body language. "Throughout history my kind has been known as many things." He took another soundless step. "Beasts" he said a little quieter. I swallowed hard. "Lycan" another step. My breath came out less steady as my pulse quickened. He circled around me pulling my back to his front. His hard abs can be felt through his shirt. His body heating mine, impossibly so. I squeaked out in surprise and a little bit of fear. He can't be serious. His lips dragged across the side of my throat. "Or my personal favorite," he whispered, his breath fanning over my skin making my body heat in a way I've never felt before "the Big. Bad. Wolf." He punctuated each of the last three words with a kiss to my tender flesh.
