You story line confused me she knows she's pregnant the day after? Also she's happy with the baby but at the end really stressed and mad also on the short side for my liking but thats my I hope I don't offend you and I will keep reading see how this turns out."

Just a small improvement could be made: The author wrote this as if she was talking which does not really fit the context of a book. Also check for repetition and punctuation.
