Economic Thought and an analysis of human behavior with Micro and Macro
“Economics is a science that discusses, analyzes and solves the human behavior.” In this era theories of economics became old to consider the present.
A discussion below:
A review of Micro Economics: Economics begins with need. Where economics word began with need.
But economics uses “utility” word instead of need where need and utility has difference, given below:
1. Need defines the direct behavior of human but utility defines supplementary behavior.
2.Need has six behavior a) most urgent b)urgent c)less urgent d)common e)luxurious f)accidental. This behavior has three nature 1.high 2.medium and 3.marginal but utility shows the nature of behavior like only marginal utility. 3.“Need” the word is easy, common and familiar with economics and human behavior. But utility is not properly supported by economics and human behavior.
The definition of need should be “if everything is normal to run the daily life what a human provide requirement through its daily behavior to live in society.”
If everything is normal Need defines the demand with reserve /stock with its behavior. In case of need, demand or supply present economics didn’t count store or reserve. Reserve or store is not similar with normal situation.
Due to freezing system people always maintain reserve or store system. Also money flow is keeping another impact of demand, supply, and reserve.
When a theory of to discuss in economics we use the sentence “if other situation is unchanged”. I prefer “Normal” word instead of “unchanged”. The word normal is better than unchanged because it reminds the exception. Unchanged doesn’t say about exception.
A review of Macro Economics:
Macro Economics defines the behavior of country. I am showing the present Macro Economics and it’s weakness by discussing about budget:
GDP is the main word of Macro. An IMF publication states that, “GDP measures the monetary value of final goods and services? That is bought by the final user? Produced in a country in a given period of time (say a quarter or a year).” But is GDP properly counted? Is the country maintaining proper account regarding income? Where a companies’ financial statement can be changed through several accounting i.e. Hedge accounting, valuation etc. Present time internal value of money calculation becomes an urgent issue as GDP.
Let us know what IVM is: IVM: IVM (Internal Value of Money) theory should be the main theory of economics. It shows a countries internal money value i.e. the value of money of a country from the time of independence i.e. from the time of money print. Govt are printing money by several method but they do not count the value of money. But due to print money internal market value of money decreasing. They are budgeting keeping some deficiency in the budget and to cover deficiency they use to print money. On the other hand the Economist and other Govt employee who are working for printing money their anticipation regarding budget of printing becomes valueless against govt order or political image. The definition should be: If everything is normal present value of money compared with print year (independence year value)or last year and determined by any daily necessary goods will be declared internal value of money. The example: IVM (internal Value Of Money)= One Goods value (Onion, Salt, Fish, Meat, chocolate or others) in the market Last Year or printed year /That Goods value This Year X Money. Suppose I purchased Milk for Tk.8 per kg in the year 2000 now the price is Tk.60. Then IVM=8/60=.13 I.e.Tk.1=.13 for 19 years. It means 1. for Tk.1 (1-.13)Tk..87 were printed. 2. Undervalued for Tk..87.
It will show the result of internal value of money
Let us discuss Macro by budget:
Budget: A country always shows deficiency budget to give pressure its employees for earning more income from internal or external source of a country. But deficiency reminds me that man who has whole body but he cannot stand up. However average deficit rate 4.8%of national GDP i.e. 1,57,270 billion (2018) excluding print of money in Bangladesh. It is really a matter of think to cover this amount. But now this time more internal income collection pressure reminds that man who is running to become first but he became tired with surface in his mouth but running and death is not taking him to give him freedom. Budget finance: Budget finance is coming from the following way: 1.Money print: Money print is easy but it is the most difficult work for them who know the bad effect of it. As why Govt. Have to keep eye on IVM, Foreign exchange rate, current ratio, liquid ratio (whether actual account of asset do not have in the Govt. ledger) etc. Inflation rate 5.48% per year. There might be some suspense on this matter.
2. Direct and indirect tax and fees: It becomes the main source of income of a country but day by day the pressure becoming mentally pressure for taxpayers.
3. Donation: This (foreign and local donation) is the extra main source of income of a country but when a man gives something he must take some advantages from it. And that is political and other benefit.
4. Foreign income: It is really a better and urgent income source for a country to keep equilibrium of foreign currency. Whether gold reserve shows 14 ton but steal of gold makes the matter suspicious. On the other steal from Bangladesh Bank by hacking account makes us very suspicious about the foreign currency reserve. Foreign currency reserve shows at 2018 USD 32,928. But Science use to take the position of our labor market. So Got should think another way where they can use their manpower in the foreign country.
5. Loan: Loan is another way of finance but if it goes up of the national assets then it must be harmful for a country whether loan is another way of equilibrium of foreign currency. But loan has returning system which with loan with interest or political advantage. Average debt 27% of national GDP. It is really higher for a country.
6. Sell of internal liquid asset or asset: Sell of exchange bill like prize bond, saving certificate, wage earner bond etc. is another source of income during emergency but it is another kind of harmful loan for what country pays interest higher rate. It is worse than foreign or other loan. There is another some way to collect or increase national GDP like investment, manpower, rail, road, land, joint stock etc. My Proposal to earn extra revenue:
A) I propose to implement a subscription or deduction on every kind of donation from foreign or inner country. Donation includes: Donation for poor from foreign or inner country to the Ngoc-operative society, company, and personal.
B) To fully implement of gift tax act. C) Deduction a little amount at the time inauguration of Company or industry from foreign investment. However the Govt. should keep eye on economics and on the following during budget: 1) Defense: This Era is anti matter and satellite weapon era and so the defense should be more powerful with this to weapon. 2) Import: We are developing country but due to non availability of production material import is very important but through import some business holder making over pricing and money laundering. This crisis creates impact on foreign currency rate with Internal Value of Money.
3) Agriculture: Agriculture moves our economy and keeps a value in the world market. Presently farmer gets good value of goods but not enough due to the dealer who purchases the goods and sends to distributor. Inflation rate 4.9% which is also suspicious because most agricultural land is sold to industrial people.
4) Investment: Foreign investment is best but spying through foreign investment is very bad. This culture keeps a great impact in our politics and economics.
5) Education: Education system is going to break its rule. Children’s are reading wrong spell, wrong matter, and attending examination to get good result. A little amount of student reading novel, poem and other story which makes them wise. On the other hand education is losing its value against money. Educated people have no honor in front of rich people. When educated people to be honored then rich people claims a bluff on educated people character. Education system should be more developed through experienced and wise people of the country. Foreign technician might be hired to research.
6. Health: Day by day the maturity year of man decreasing. On the other hand we become dependent on foreign country due to lacking of proper care in this country. Govt. Trying to solve the matter through fund or admin but steal of medical equipment, false doctor and doctor’s demand of money makes the matter valueless.
7) Development work: Minister Work is done by secretary. It’s really horrible. Govt. Herself doesn’t believe her. So what will be profit to spend more money for development work? Where politics is business and Businessman are politician then what return the country hope from them.
However my proposal against budget income might be helpful to raise funds.

Economic Thought and an analysis of human behavior with Micro and Macro
“Economics is a science that discusses, analyzes and solves the human behavior.” In this era theories of economics became old to consider the present.
A discussion below:
A review of Micro Economics: Economics begins with need. Where economics word began with need.
But economics uses “utility” word instead of need where need and utility has difference, given below:
1. Need defines the direct behavior of human but utility defines supplementary behavior.
2.Need has six behavior a) most urgent b)urgent c)less urgent d)common e)luxurious f)accidental. This behavior has three nature 1.high 2.medium and 3.marginal but utility shows the nature of behavior like only marginal utility. 3.“Need” the word is easy, common and familiar with economics and human behavior. But utility is not properly supported by economics and human behavior.
The definition of need should be “if everything is normal to run the daily life what a human provide requirement through its daily behavior to live in society.”
If everything is normal Need defines the demand with reserve /stock with its behavior. In case of need, demand or supply present economics didn’t count store or reserve. Reserve or store is not similar with normal situation.
Due to freezing system people always maintain reserve or store system. Also money flow is keeping another impact of demand, supply, and reserve.
When a theory of to discuss in economics we use the sentence “if other situation is unchanged”. I prefer “Normal” word instead of “unchanged”. The word normal is better than unchanged because it reminds the exception. Unchanged doesn’t say about exception.
A review of Macro Economics:
Macro Economics defines the behavior of country. I am showing the present Macro Economics and it’s weakness by discussing about budget:
GDP is the main word of Macro. An IMF publication states that, “GDP measures the monetary value of final goods and services? That is bought by the final user? Produced in a country in a given period of time (say a quarter or a year).” But is GDP properly counted? Is the country maintaining proper account regarding income? Where a companies’ financial statement can be changed through several accounting i.e. Hedge accounting, valuation etc. Present time internal value of money calculation becomes an urgent issue as GDP.
Let us know what IVM is: IVM: IVM (Internal Value of Money) theory should be the main theory of economics. It shows a countries internal money value i.e. the value of money of a country from the time of independence i.e. from the time of money print. Govt are printing money by several method but they do not count the value of money. But due to print money internal market value of money decreasing. They are budgeting keeping some deficiency in the budget and to cover deficiency they use to print money. On the other hand the Economist and other Govt employee who are working for printing money their anticipation regarding budget of printing becomes valueless against govt order or political image. The definition should be: If everything is normal present value of money compared with print year (independence year value)or last year and determined by any daily necessary goods will be declared internal value of money. The example: IVM (internal Value Of Money)= One Goods value (Onion, Salt, Fish, Meat, chocolate or others) in the market Last Year or printed year /That Goods value This Year X Money. Suppose I purchased Milk for Tk.8 per kg in the year 2000 now the price is Tk.60. Then IVM=8/60=.13 I.e.Tk.1=.13 for 19 years. It means 1. for Tk.1 (1-.13)Tk..87 were printed. 2. Undervalued for Tk..87.
It will show the result of internal value of money
Let us discuss Macro by budget:
Budget: A country always shows deficiency budget to give pressure its employees for earning more income from internal or external source of a country. But deficiency reminds me that man who has whole body but he cannot stand up. However average deficit rate 4.8%of national GDP i.e. 1,57,270 billion (2018) excluding print of money in Bangladesh. It is really a matter of think to cover this amount. But now this time more internal income collection pressure reminds that man who is running to become first but he became tired with surface in his mouth but running and death is not taking him to give him freedom. Budget finance: Budget finance is coming from the following way: 1.Money print: Money print is easy but it is the most difficult work for them who know the bad effect of it. As why Govt. Have to keep eye on IVM, Foreign exchange rate, current ratio, liquid ratio (whether actual account of asset do not have in the Govt. ledger) etc. Inflation rate 5.48% per year. There might be some suspense on this matter.
2. Direct and indirect tax and fees: It becomes the main source of income of a country but day by day the pressure becoming mentally pressure for taxpayers.
3. Donation: This (foreign and local donation) is the extra main source of income of a country but when a man gives something he must take some advantages from it. And that is political and other benefit.
4. Foreign income: It is really a better and urgent income source for a country to keep equilibrium of foreign currency. Whether gold reserve shows 14 ton but steal of gold makes the matter suspicious. On the other steal from Bangladesh Bank by hacking account makes us very suspicious about the foreign currency reserve. Foreign currency reserve shows at 2018 USD 32,928. But Science use to take the position of our labor market. So Got should think another way where they can use their manpower in the foreign country.
5. Loan: Loan is another way of finance but if it goes up of the national assets then it must be harmful for a country whether loan is another way of equilibrium of foreign currency. But loan has returning system which with loan with interest or political advantage. Average debt 27% of national GDP. It is really higher for a country.
6. Sell of internal liquid asset or asset: Sell of exchange bill like prize bond, saving certificate, wage earner bond etc. is another source of income during emergency but it is another kind of harmful loan for what country pays interest higher rate. It is worse than foreign or other loan. There is another some way to collect or increase national GDP like investment, manpower, rail, road, land, joint stock etc. My Proposal to earn extra revenue:
A) I propose to implement a subscription or deduction on every kind of donation from foreign or inner country. Donation includes: Donation for poor from foreign or inner country to the Ngoc-operative society, company, and personal.
B) To fully implement of gift tax act. C) Deduction a little amount at the time inauguration of Company or industry from foreign investment. However the Govt. should keep eye on economics and on the following during budget: 1) Defense: This Era is anti matter and satellite weapon era and so the defense should be more powerful with this to weapon. 2) Import: We are developing country but due to non availability of production material import is very important but through import some business holder making over pricing and money laundering. This crisis creates impact on foreign currency rate with Internal Value of Money.
3) Agriculture: Agriculture moves our economy and keeps a value in the world market. Presently farmer gets good value of goods but not enough due to the dealer who purchases the goods and sends to distributor. Inflation rate 4.9% which is also suspicious because most agricultural land is sold to industrial people.
4) Investment: Foreign investment is best but spying through foreign investment is very bad. This culture keeps a great impact in our politics and economics.
5) Education: Education system is going to break its rule. Children’s are reading wrong spell, wrong matter, and attending examination to get good result. A little amount of student reading novel, poem and other story which makes them wise. On the other hand education is losing its value against money. Educated people have no honor in front of rich people. When educated people to be honored then rich people claims a bluff on educated people character. Education system should be more developed through experienced and wise people of the country. Foreign technician might be hired to research.
6. Health: Day by day the maturity year of man decreasing. On the other hand we become dependent on foreign country due to lacking of proper care in this country. Govt. Trying to solve the matter through fund or admin but steal of medical equipment, false doctor and doctor’s demand of money makes the matter valueless.
7) Development work: Minister Work is done by secretary. It’s really horrible. Govt. Herself doesn’t believe her. So what will be profit to spend more money for development work? Where politics is business and Businessman are politician then what return the country hope from them.
However my proposal against budget income might be helpful to raise funds.
