"Phew! Thank you, thank you, thank you! After a difficult start to this wondrous story, I suddenly became so enthralled that I couldn't put it down. I'm so pleased that you encouraged me to continue reading! If I'd given up, I would have lost a true masterpiece!. This story centres around the love shared between Guillaume Vailliancourt and his Rossignol, "Nightingale'., in the midst of a feuding family, a tale that would rival Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliette. The gruesome murders of the male members of the Chambertin family were so well described that my blood ran cold. .Only a .literary genius could have taken such a morbid tale and managed to accomplish such a happy and satisfactory ending for it."
