I just finished reading your story Ortiz Lane and I loved it so much. Your writing is amazing, and I kept thinking how cool it would look as a comic.
I really loved the scene in Chapter 3 where Hannah meets her first foster father at the veterinary convention. It was a poignant moment that set the tone for the story. It is ideal for making a comic as it introduces the protagonist's journey and the complex relationships she navigates in a visually compelling way.
