It’s a bright summer day, the sun is beating down on a quiet forest. Birds chirping through the trees, everything is peaceful. Or so it seems, then a scream wrenches through the silence.

Oh sorry for the dramatics. Hi my name is Marisa Gordman. I’m a mutant, well I wasn’t always a mutant. Once I was normal like everyone else, but then They came. I don’t know who They are, I just remember They are the reason I’m a mutant. Let me tell you my story and how I ended up screaming in the middle of the woods.
