"I'm not sure if this is translated from German to English, but it feels a little like it was machine-translated which may affect your intent. There are some important errors that make the story hard to get into. For example; the professor leaves at 3pm in the morning? Surely it would be 3am? And it quickly develops a sense of angst before there is enough information. The premise is fine and could be gripping."
