Introduction
In a world where everyone is genetically engineered being normal can be extremely difficult. Being regular causes you to stick out from the crowd and often cause many people to avoid you which has been the problem for the Smiths for the past 30 years.
Back in 2065 earthlings had been able to understand genetic modification. Ever since this has become the new way of life. Every new baby was genetically modified, some people having tails, others having neon tinted skin. The only babies that weren’t like this, were the ones in the Smith family.
The Smith’s are the only family left alive on planet Earth that is still naturally born and left the way they are. The scary thing is, Genesis is likely to be the last of their kind. The only way they could fix this is if they were able to get someone to reverse their engineering which is a very long and dangerous process. A process that doesn’t seem very likely to be performed anytime soon.
