From books and messy rooms,
I am from the wall of pictures of familiar faces
I am from pine trees
Their thick bark and needle-like leaves
I’m from Christmas dinners and brown hair
From Carlos and Mnemozyne
I’m from arguments and support
From “Don’t talk to strangers” and ¨If you keep making that face it will get stuck like that.¨

I’m from a big family gatherings
