I am Pamela and I started writing at the age of sixteen (this very book was written back then). Since I was younger than I am now (I’m 22), this book is filled with what I wasn’t so well-educated about (racism, colorism, fetishizing non-black or Eurocentric features, slurs, body-shaming, toxic families, cheating, etc.)
So it has been brought to my attention that people would like to read this old version as well and it makes a lot of sense. Someone joked that my books raised her and I think about that a lot in a very warming manner (even though this book will be utter shite sometimes lmao).
Anyway, there is the new and revamped version that will be uploaded once I’m done with the first book so this version will not be edited in any manner. This book is cringy lmao, honestly. It is unrealistic and just, Mason is a lot better in the new version haha.
It’s cringy but I was 16 lol. Anyway, don’t forget to read the revamped version of the first book and I hope this brings some sort of nostalgia :D
