"I'm pretty new to Inkitt (this is only my 4th book) and I must say I've been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the authors here. Remnants of Chaos is an excellently written book that hooks the reader, and doesn't let go. There are some grammatical and typographical errors, but nothing too severe that the reader cannot decipher with some context. The storyline is well backed up with the background information the author provides, allowing us to understand the characters better. Great job, Bryan!"
I GOT HOOKED
"I could not stop reading this book. it was truly great and it caught my attention quick. there was some misspelled words and some misplaced. but overall, IT WAS FANTASTIC! great job. I recommended this book to all my family and friends."
Slay Ride
"What an unexpected pleasure! I usually avoid modern gothic stories as the zombies and demons shown on TV seem so one-dimensional. But the demons in this story were truly menacing as their powers grew and transfigured as the story progressed. But then, great heroes require great villains. There were quite a few characters to handle in this story, which required a lot of fighting scenes to absorb. The scenes were well done in general (I'm not sure all of the moves described are physically possible) and the hero's capabilities contrasted nicely with the villain's. I would have liked more description of the monastery, the town, and the cathedral. It was sometimes hard to imagine the surroundings as the action progressed. And the grammar needs a little tweaking in some areas, and sometimes a word or two seemed to be missing. But part of that may have to do with limitations associated with the website. The best part was the imaginative development of the talents of the heroes and their weapons, and the creative "rules" by which they had to operate. It all appeared to be biblically based and consistent with Catholic doctrine. The story drew me in chapter by chapter and I enjoyed it immensely."
Review of Remnants Of Chaos: Chaotic Omens
"I loved this book, it was nearly impossible to put down from start to finish. It was fast passed without being overwhelming and slowed down where needed. Overall this was an amazing novel that I will definitely recommend to others."
My Review Of Remnants of Chaos:Chaotic Omens
"Kudos to Bryan Laesch, author of Remnants of Chaos:Chaotic Omens for his use of the Gothic style of writing and in addition the footnotes and endnotes at the end of each chapter, a welcome accompaniment to be sure, though his use of grammar could use a little improving, but his use of punctuation is impeccable."
Very much
"I really enjoyed the novel, I just hope it is completed soon. "
TOO MANY QUESTIONS
"The only part. Get annoyed of is how they ask soooooo many questions here and there and it just makes it a bit boring for me. Like so boring that even some I skip through and after I do it has nothing to do with what they will next talk about in the story. My opinion is tha mabye the questions they ask are a bit too much to add in the story "
One Helluva Ride
"It took me around 3-4 days to finish reading this story and it feels like I'm watching a movie while reading this. Everything is so eloquently written and this MUST be published as a book and turn to a movie. There are minute spelling problems BUT nothing to bothered about. Hands down to the amazing author!!"
