"When I read the summary I had assumed it was about a guy trying to get his wife, childhood best friend or girlfriend back. However, I was in for a surprise. This was a beautiful short story written in an elegant simplistic hand and refused to let you go without finishing it. Only at the very end did everything fall into place. It's not easy withholding so much info from the reader and then surprising them with it at the end, but Shreya managed it wonderfully. This is a sweet and emotion-packed short story I would definitely recommend to any and everyone."

"The story definitely kept me interested through the first chapter. I like that the reader is left in the dark for a lot of the chapter and is only left to question what the relationship is between the two characters. Only at the very end of the chapter are we told that they are father and daughter. It definitely kept me wondering and guessing what has happened between them and what caused them to be so distant. There are a few grammatical errors which can easily be cleaned up and a few wacky sentences, but other than that, it was a very nice read. I am excited to see where the story goes from here. "
