Summary

Hayami Ahoya Orchis is a sixteen-year-old girl with no recollection of her quirk. From grandma to grandma to grandma, they would always be able to manipulate some type of element. Fire, earth, air, water -- it didn't matter. Hayamis' mother decided to take matters into her own hand. To find out her quirk, she would have to enroll her into a prestigious hero school: Boku no Hero Academia. Once Hayami was able to contain her quirk, it was clear she could use her quirk in many different ways. But, when a new villain sprouted, she had to deal with them herself.

Prolouge: Runs Through the Bloodline

When my mother decided to enter me into a so-called hero school, she told me that I was ‘special’. I mostly just ate soba, parkoured around the backyard, made origami (It’s a talent of mine), or slept, so I didn’t see how that was productive of her.

Something runs through the family bloodline, as shes’ explained to me before. My great-great-grandma could manipulate water. My great-grandma manipulated fire. My grandma, who’s in the hospital due to a hero battle on the TV, can manipulate earth and natural resources.

My mom doesn’t have a quirk. She’s been beat and taunted in the streets by some phony villains. When I try to talk about it, she shuts me down. My fathers’ side was much more complicated; I’d rather not speak about it.

At a magicians’ show at my old elementary school, I made my origami bird fly into the air. It then attacked Chiasa, who was my bully. I laughed as everyone looked at me in surprised. I spent 2 months grounded after that.

Apparently, I'm not some random chick who can do magic tricks.

It's a so-called quirk.
