Although the premise handles the darker subjects of deception and murder, there exists also an indescribable and undeniable sense of familial importance. This is ever-present in the protagonist's interactions with her beloved and loyal siblings (her being one among a set of quadruplets). Too frequently, when penning mafia romances, authors tend to forget how the tradition of such illegal gangs is generally centered on family bonds, but this narrative certainly conveys the opposite through wonderful character dynamics. I adore the blossoming romance between the protagonist and the love interest, paired with the dialogue, and the action scenes spread throughout. Well done! Overall, this is a gripping romantic action tale that will urge readers to the edge of their seats in anticipation."
