A Wonderful Piece
"I'm not going to lie, when I saw this story I thought to myself "oh god another lord of the rings fan fiction" as I have read many other so called "fan fictions" if you could even call the writers fans of Tolkien's work and lore. So I delved into this searching for cringey scenes filled with over the top non-canon, a jumbled timeline and to my amazement I found a wondefully well crafted story by an obvious Tolkien fan. I sat there reading for almost two hours, my eyes glued to the screen of my phone. Thranduil's development and his young friend as well is spectacular. If you want a story with great plot, action, and romance then Kingsfoil is the story for you. (Btw at a part in the story just imagine Careless Whisper in the background, you'll know when trust me.)"

"If you are looking for a perfect mixture of adventure, romance, sweet and exciting moments, then look no more, because this is it! Kingsfoil is definitely my favourite Thranduil tale, because it packs all I love about the commanding Elvenking in one nice story. The characters are wonderfully portrayed, the plot is well thought through by a writer who definitely knows her Tolkien lore, and the romance, yes, now comes the best part, is just so beautifully developed. One cannot resist the temptation to read one more chapter, and then another one. Well, at least I cannot. So go ahead and do yourself a favour and delve into the wonderful world of Kingsfoil!"
