"This story will stick with me because I don't completely understand it, but it leaves a feeling - like an itch you can't quite scratch. The fact that it's so short just heightens the effect - the reader can hold the whole story in their head to be pondered over and over, like a Zen koan. I have a couple of ideas as to what's 'really going on' in the story, but I'll just keep them to myself and continue thinking about it. Great piece!"

"It is pretty short, and there is not much of a plot or any characterization to be found, but it's just the kind of writing Inkitt needs more of. It's original in its premise and leaves a lot of room for interpretation. It's concise and clear in its imagery, and I particularly love the sense of unrestrained imagination I get out of it. And I would recommend it to readers who want to read something different."
