Two winters have past since Kakla, the voracious volcano, erupted. From that eruption emerged the Chthonic folk, the underground races—Gremlins, Gnomes, Dwarves, Goblins, Trolls, and Ogres—guided by their unquenchable hedonistic vices. Immediately, the peaceful Fae of the Unfallowed Lands found themselves exposed to the desires of the Chthonic. Those lucky enough made escape to the Ilse of Vifippu, where the devils have yet to cross—the unlucky ones live in hiding or, worse still, are subjected to bondage and the carnal tastes of their attackers. Book One of “Bonds of the Fae” follows a small cast of young Fae as they are ravaged by their assailants: Melkë, a small Pixie; Dilemé, a young Faerie with foresight; Elnny, a beautiful Selkie; Princess Láwii, a royal elfin Nymph; Ill’lili, a strong-willed Sprite; and Væxa, a battling Faun.
