The Stare
They have long, skinny, gray hands. They can make you have horrible nightmares when you go to bed. There is always more than one. They will just stare at you from in front of your bed, some even hide in your closet. You can’t make them go away. Their bodies are cold and gray but some can be hot and blue. When you wake up you will see nothing but dust and footprints that are fresh from something that is red. You get up to see what it is, you smell it running down your hand to your arm. You take a sniff, it smells like rust? You get off of your news and you follow the trail of BLOOD but then it stops and so you lift up your head and see gray figures staring at you. There is more than one so you can’t fight back so you try to fight back there hands grew longer and longer until they choke you and then your body drops and they eat you with red, sharp teeth.
