Author's Notes:
This is a true story. It's based on my story. It deals with the night I had died, went to heaven, and was brought back to life.
Death was instantaneous. The journey was an easy one. My time in heaven is personal, beautiful, serene, peaceful to an extent, but humbling as well. I told my best friend forever, Mary my story. She loved to hear it. She was the only person I told.
It got to wondering about what heaven would be like for her. Mary soaked it up like a sponge. She cried, quoted Scripture like there was no tomorrow.
I had wrestled about writing a book about what happened the night I died. But Mary convinced me that other people need to hear it. That they need to know that heaven is real. That they need to hear from someone who has been to heaven, what it's like, and what happened when I came back to life on earth.
Plus, but foremost, my Jesus convinced me that I needed to write the book.
So, I leave with you this one simple truth. HEAVEN IS REAL. Take it from someone who has been there and made it back to earth in her own body. That was me.
