This supernatural story isn’t just any supernatural story where the main character gets possessed or haunted. This is a story you will never be prepared for and you would want to find out more. It doesn’t have the normal elements of a horror story except for surprise. Yes, because you will be surprised at how different this story will be from your original stories. Sit back, don’t get too relaxed, and read on.

Ira POV

“Don’t touch that.” Aanu said.

“Nothing is going to happen. See,” Tiras touches the cross hanging from the door frame, “hIsSsS!”

“You imbecile! Now they will know that we are here.”

“Hey, calm down! With your yelling, they will for sure know of our presence,” Aideen stated.

"Can they hear us though?” Gula asked.

"I’m not sure, but the book may have said something about it.”

"Forget the book! We need to get in and get out before our time is up.”

"He’s right. We don’t have much time to be fooling around. Acedia, you go for the daughter.”

"Will do,” Acedia replied.

“Everyone else gets to choose and no slackers. Oh right, and Neji, remove the cross if you will,” I ordered.

"It will be my pleasure,” he uses his powers to absorb the powers of the cross and move it.

“Shall we go and get this over with?” Acedia asked.

“You got your orders, so get them done. Let’s move,” Tiras commanded.

The Spirits all scatter in search of a prey. They each roam the home looking for someone to take with them. I, however, just looked around back, where I saw a barn when we arrived. I go into the dark barn and immediately senses someone else’s presence.

“Make yourself known!” I exclaimed.

There wasn’t any noise, except for a little coo coming from a corner of the barn. I thought it was a bird, so I didn’t worry about it. I continued looking around, but there was another sound of something dropping in that same corner. I spun around and went over to the corner to find a baby in an old, wooden crib. Our job was to get every human in the house, so I refused to get the baby that was in the barn.

I went back out, as if I didn’t see anything. As I got back to the front of the house, everyone was coming back out. They have retrieved all the humans and made sure no one was left. I knew that if any of them knew it was a barn back there, they would find that baby...and perhaps kill it. I kept that to myself, as we left back through the threshold to the city of Sheol.

When we returned back to Sheol, I was nervous that I would catch hell for my actions. All the other ones came back with a human, but I came back empty handed. Not worrying about what to say if they ask me why, I returned to my territory- or what humans would call it- chambers. I sit and wonder how long it will take to go back on earth.

“Oh, I’m sorry, Lucifer, but this story isn’t about us.”

“We were going to tell you that,” Neji said.

“It wasn’t my fault! I was just going along with the author. Isn’t that right, Lucifer?”

Why are you asking me? I may have typed it, but you’re not telling me not to do so.

“Fine, I admit that I wanted you to keep telling our story, but we can save that for another time.”

I thought so. Anyway, let’s change the point of view to the main characters’.

Akiriya POV

“Ugh! I can’t put this stupid thing together. Dad, stop fixing that car and help me.”

“Darling, you know I have to finish this by the end of today. I don’t have much time to help you. Go ask your mom, if it’s so hard,” he replied.

I stomped into the house, “Why is everyone so useless!”

“You didn’t even ask me,” someone spoke from behind me.

I spun around, only to trip over my own feet, “Ah!” I braced myself for impact.

I opened my eyes, after realizing that I didn’t hit anything. I looked up and immediately stood up straight. There he was, Blake, the cutest guy in the street. I used to have the biggest crush on him, until he got a girlfriend. I never expected to see him today and I sure wasn’t expecting anyone to see me dressed like this.

“Blake, hi. What brings you here, unexpectedly?” I asked.

“Nice to see you, too. I was actually standing outside for a while.”

I thought back to when I was talking to my dad, “And how long was that?”

“I was there long enough to see-”

“Oh my gosh. Is that Blake from down the street that you keep talking about?”

“Mom! She is just joking. I just mention you when she talks about friends.”

She laughed, “You know that’s not true. Blake, she brings you up everytime she says she’s bored. Then she asks if she could go see you, but I tell her “no”. She gets so angry about it to the point I don’t know what to do anymore,” she stated.

I facepalmed myself, “Mother, please.I’m sure Blake doesn’t want to hear those wild stories of yours,” I turned to Blade, “You still haven’t told me why you were here.”

“Oh yeah. I was just watching you bend over wh-” he covers his mouth.

I stared at him in disbelief. Did he really just confess to looking at my- I can’t believe it. Blake, who just got out of a relationship yesterday, was looking at my butt. The guy that no one can get with. The guy that every girl is chasing...except me of course.

Blake awkwardly rubs the back of his neck, “I’m just gonna talk to your dad.”

The front door opens, “Blake, I need to ta- oh what’s going on here?”

Through the silence there was my growling stomach. Everyone looked at me and laughed. My mom thought it would be funny to comment on it.

“She must be hungry for you, Blake,” she lets out a wild laugh.

I looked up at Blade and he was blushing. What the heck! You’re making it worse...change your face! For the love of beautiful puppies, change it! He stares at me and makes the straightest face possible. Did he just- no he can’t do that.

“I just finished making lunch. Anyone hungry for some Mac and Cheese cups?” my mom asked. “Sweety, I already know you are.”

I grabbed Blake by the wrist and smiled as I walked upstairs. I could hear my mom giggling downstairs before I closed my room door. I turned and he was looking at me as if he was blood thirsty. I waved my hand in front of his face and he quickly looked away. I shrugged and hopped onto my bed.

“So, have you...done it, yet?” he asks.
