“Please dont make me go to school today!” Says Melanie. “All they do is call me weird and antisocial mom.” which is true i am weird. Ive been the weird kid since middle school and not much has changed. i thought high school would be different but its just as bad as people say it is. 11th grade is just not for me.
I went anyways because my mom always makes me go no matter how much i beg to stay home or be put in home school nothing works. today was suprisingly not that bad. ive had worst days, but i have something about me that keeps me entertained throughout the day.
When i was about 13 years old i found out something about me... I havent told anyone but one person and only since i know i can trust her. Kamryn has been my friend since we were in fourth grade and i know she can keep any secret i tell her. So when i was 13 i discovered i was different. Very very different...
I was in my room alone and it was about 10 at night. I had just got into an argument with my dad over him being a homophobic bitch. i was so so angry i ran to my room and slammed the door as hard as i could and ran to my bed and went under the covers. I felt super weird and i didnt know why but i ignored the feeling. I threw a brush at the wall but something happened.
I threw my brush at the wall only for it to not.. hit the floor... it never hit the floor and i was freaking out and had no idea what to do.. it was like i did that but how could i make something FLOAT!?!? I was so confused not knowing what to do so i tried to keep it in the air. I stretched out my arm and opened my hand and the brush moved where i wanted it to. I was scared but ive always heard of things like this. Things like idk powers i guess. I mean i never thought of them being real or anything. I always thought of it just being a good movie topic or something.
I freaked out and i guess my mom heard me let out a scream bc she came rushing in my room and as soon as she opened the door and i lost focus the brush hit the floor. I told her i saw a lizard because she knows im weirdly terrified of lizards and she believed me. She left my room and i rushed to call kamryn. Kamryn came sleep at my house the next day so she could experience what i just found out about myself. Kam wanted me to prove it so i tried to show off and pick her up but her fat ass was too heavy, so i rolled a perfume bottle off my vanity.
She freaked out and so did i. How could this be happening and i know I wasnt dreaming. Me and Kam go to the same school, NorthWood High so ever since we discovered i had the power of telekinesis, we decided to mess with people at school.
