"This is one of those stories that make you forget the rest of the world and lose track of time while reading it. It is exciting and dangerous at times, but also very soothing and comforting at others. The descriptions are so vivid and realistic. I could imagine every scene of the story. And that is something perfect – when the author’s style of writing consumes you, takes you away on a journey with the heroes. My strong compliments for this. Your style of writing is amazing. I must say that I was hoping that the story would get a bit more dynamic in the beginning, but later on, I realized that this is just the right pace and the right way. The story is very emotional. I have to admit that I am particularly attached to Dan. Maybe it’s just me, always being an animals’ person, rather than people’s person. But I can tell that you are also attached to the “character” of Dan, the horse and I am glad that he plays such an important role in this story. At least it is important from my point of view, but I have no doubt that other readers would see it the same way. Overall, this is a very nice, warm and pleasant story. Strongly recommended."
